Shades Bar and Grill:

As soon as you enter this place, you’ll notice a big difference compared to the normal beach eateries. They aren’t just packing folks into every nook and cranny. They are a family-friendly bar and grill that seems to truly care about theirPanama City Beach Restuarants
customers, (which might be because they do, and a lot of locals hang out here). They have plenty of TVs for you to catch your favorite game, a terrific variety of food, and they’re off the beaten path from the “strip”. Which is pretty cool too. Located on the south side of Highway 98 just west of Panama City Beach proper, it’s a great place to eat and hangout.

The Craft Bar:

If you love gastropubs who offer an AWESOME selection of craft beers, then the Craft Bar is perfect anytime of day. Hey, if you’re on vacation, there is no shame in grabbing a cold beer at lunch…or breakfast…or just about anytime. The Craft Bar is the place where we do just that. There beer menu is ever changing, so you can always find something new and tasty, and you can take some back to the house or room in a Panama City Beach Gastropubgrowler. Their food is out of this world as well. Our favorite time to pop by is at happy hour where they offer several awesome appetizer bites (which is enough for a meal) and several drinks and beers for just $5. Our personal favorite bite is the pork quesadillas.

Location: Pier Park North on Highway 98 (Back Beach Road)
